The Founder of IBTC is James McCoy. For a decade, he taught in China at Baotou Teachers College, various international high schools teaching AP courses, was a course coordinator for Northeastern University and the United States Pathway Program, and established new college prep programs at several schools. Today, he is CEO of the Online School for Afghanistan Girls, and serves on the School Operation Team at Heckethorn Elementary in Las Vegas, NV.
With an education in Information Technology, Accounting/Business, and International Relations, Jim brings a unique perspective to international education, along with a passion for lifetime learning and teaching.
